“Revoir”

24.12.98 – 16.04.11

Revoir was laid to rest on 16^th April 2011, after cancer tore through her body, wreaking irreparable havoc. The vet came to our home, and Revoir breathed her last breath on her favourite couch, amongst all she knew and loved.

Her body now rests in the paddock, watching each sunrise. But her soul lives on forever in our hearts, and in her children and grandchildren that grace this earth.

At Mirribandi, we loved and adored this grand old lady, and will cry for a long time to come as we miss her so.

Here is Revoir on her last birthday in 2010.

Challenge Bitch, R/U Best of Breed - Toowoomba Royal, March 2001 - under the International Judge Ms Edna St Hilaire (Canada). Ms St Hilaire said Revoir had an exquisite head, beautiful coat, and was "the complete picture".

Revoir is the dam of the Allusion "B" litter, born Oct 2001, co-bred by myself and another party under the Allusion kennel prefix – Multi BEST IN SPECIALY show wins, Class In Specialty Show wins, Specialty Challenges, Specialty Reserve Challenges, Agility passes. Champion offspring.

Revoir's second litter, the Mirribandi "D2" litter, was whelped September 2003. This litter was sired by BISS Ch Grimmendan's Yucan (Imp Blg). Champion offspring, Multi All Breeds & Specialty Class In Group and Class In Show winners, multi 1st placings in Obedience Sweepstakes.

Revoir’s third litter – all Groenendaels - the Mirribandi “I2” litter, was whelped October 2004, and sired by BISS Mirribandi Xcellence. Only babies at present, and already clocking up multi All Breeds Class In Group wins, Sweepstakes placings.

Revoir’s planned 2005 litter was be sired by “Fax” BISS S.R. Hun Gr Ch Bergerac Faust HJCH, OJCH, HSHCH, HCH (Imp Hungary) The Mirribandi M2 litter. Ch Mirribandi Marakesh, BISS Ch Mirribandi Mon Amour, and Ch Mirribandi Make Mine Blak. 3 pups, 3 Champions. Excellent!

And her retirement litter, sired by Ch Ovation de Rancho Jerez (Imp Nwy) – Ch Mirribandi Voltairre, Ch Mirribandi Vienna from the Mirribandi V2 litter.
